We are seeking a professional to manage our Heritage Homestay Property and its operations. In this position, you will have to direct the day-to-day operations and activities of the property.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing personnel and evaluating hotel performance.
- Handling sales of homestays
- Hosting on Airbnb, GoMMT, VRBO/booking
- Negotiating contracts and packages with various touring partners.
- Discover the right prospects every day with suggestions customized for your business.
- Use territory preferences and advanced company search tools to find leads.
- Lead Management.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Maintains master key control.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Works within the allocated budget

JOB TITLE: BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Achieve sales and profitability goals as given by the department
- Provide regular activity and sales reports to the sales head
- Introduce the Organization to all the customers in the region assigned
- Identify and secure new customers, expand and explore new customers
- Negotiate with clients and prepare/manage rate quotations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Continually improve the scope, the business footprints of the company and increase the market share
- Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit, and growth
- Optimize the conversion of business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with the operations team, external partners, and customers
- Ensure the payments are collected within the agreed credit period
- Willingness to travel
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Business administration/Logistics preferred)
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
